Working at Thunderbuns isn’t a side job where you watch the clock. It’s fast, it’s loud, and at the end of your shift you know exactly what you did.

Let’s be straight about how it works: we don’t have our own kitchens. Thunderbuns is cooked in restaurants run by owners we picked ourselves, because they’re the best at delivery in their area. So you’ll be working at one of those places, on the owner’s payroll, with our recipes and our brand on the box.

Which also means you’re not only working for Thunderbuns. Every location runs the owner’s own concept alongside it, so in one evening you’re working two kitchens. More variety, more to learn, and a team small enough that you actually know everyone.

What you’ll do

In the kitchen: smashing, frying, saucing, packing, handing out. Two patties on a screaming hot plate, thirty seconds, box closed, out the door.

Or on the road: getting orders where they need to go, making sure everything arrives hot and in one piece. On a Friday night that happens a hundred times.

Who we’re looking for

No experience needed, you’ll learn it there in a week. Showing up on time, that we do need. And it shouldn’t throw you when things get busy, because they will.
